This lovely four-bedroom villa is situated on the popular Atlantico development at Quinta do Lago, within a half an hour's walk from the beach and the lovely Ria Formosa estuary and nature reserve. The villa has a large, unusual-shaped swimming pool and is surrounded by terraces with an attractive alfresco dining area complete with sofas as well as eight sun loungers. There is also a charcoal barbecue. The villa is well furnished with steps leading from the hall into the sitting room which has doors opening onto the garden. There is a well-equipped kitchen and separate laundry area and both the ground floor bedrooms have doors opening onto the garden and pool terrace. The first floor bedrooms both have doors onto a balcony with a staircase leading down to the garden and pool terrace.
