This recently remodeled property features a beachfront terrace with shade and hanging daybed so you can take in those views all day long. The community at Punta Del Burro offers a private and secluded neighborhood (around the clock security) yet only seven minute drive to countless restaurants located in the Punta de Mita village. This villa has a total of three stories and features an elevator which is ideal for kids and seniors. All bedrooms are located on the upper main level and the second floor. The lower floor is dedicated to entertaining and enjoying the infinity style pool that leads you out to the white sand beach. All the bedrooms are generous in size and offer lots of light, most of them have their own private terrace and views of the pacific ocean.This villas also has a very well equipped media room with its own bar and a gym on the uppermost level. Feel free to use the kayaks and paddle boards that are available for your exclusive use. The staff and Suenos del Alma is fantastic and will go above and beyond to make your vacation unforgettable. This villa includes a Four Seasons trained chef for all your meals, a butler and daily housekeeping.
