Beach Notes The Sands sits at the northern tip of Seven Mile Beach, approximately one mile north of the Kimpton Resort. Guests at The Sands benefit from exclusive access to a private Beach Deck equipped with sun loungers and sunbrellas. To access the sandy beach, use the stairs at the end of the road towards the gas station. The beach directly in front of The Sands may widen and narrow seasonally. Seven Mile Beach, just north of The Sands, is more consistent throughout the year. The northern beach does have stair access from Boggy Sand Road.
