Running southwards from Messonghi this peaceful stretch of olive tree-clad coastline is dotted with a variety of family-run tavernas, widely recognized for serving some of the tastiest seafood dishes on Corfu. The sea, less than 20 meters away from the foot of the property’s sloping driveway, provides an appealing alternative to the swimming pool for refreshing dips throughout the day. A small strip of shingle beach directly opposite the villa gives easy access to the turquoise waters of the bay. A further highlight of this location is being spoilt for choice at mealtimes with several tavernas, many highly recommended by the locals, just a short distance from the house. Please note: The lane leading to/from the nearby tavernas does not have a footpath. The property driveway, while wide and well-paved, is also sharply inclined.
