The house design comprises a series of nested L-shaped forms, which cascade down the hillside and create large outdoor terraces over the city. They are made of board-formed concrete and designed as “fanning” cantilevers. The entire home is complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders throughout the house that open completely to integrate outdoor and interior spaces for gracious living. The rooftop boasts breathtaking views of the iconic Hollywood Sign, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful lounge area on a large IPE deck reminiscent of a yacht. Sophisticated interiors incorporate luxurious materials and unparalleled craftsmanship. Theme elements of fire and water create a warmth that is rarely seen in modern architecture. The living room space exudes a welcoming atmosphere, owing to its stunning marble fireplace and bar area. It opens up to a gorgeous pool deck with a cantilevered and heated infinity pool. One floor below, the high-end Italian designer kitchen and dining areas offer equally amazing vistas. There are also views into the pool upstairs through the pool windows that illuminate the whole house in an atmospheric light. Furthermore, there is a cozy lounge sitting area that features artwork, a piano, and stunning views of the garden. Both upper floors are held in elegant shades of silver gray and light green, furnished with Italian design furniture. The huge master floor below has a gorgeous, blue-toned bedroom, opening up to a private terrace and fireplace, spacious walk-in closets, a state-of-the-art black marble spa, and an art gallery. On the lowest floor, there is a beautifully-designed office with canyon views, as well as a wine room, library, and sauna. Two bedrooms are colored in coral and green tones, both with ensuite bathrooms. A private patio with sunbeds opens up to a lush zen garden with various terraces and sitting areas that connect via stairs to the guesthouse area. The guest house features a large interior space, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a spectacular view of the city below. It provides a mezzanine bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a view into the lush green of the stunning surroundings. The backyard contains a Tulum-inspired zen garden and deck, with a dining table, sunbeds, lounge chairs, and a firepit. A unique car lift, where the vehicles can be seen from inside and outside the house, further enhances the air of luxury.
