Casita 377 is on a high perch above the water and the infinity pool, Jacuzzi and firepit seem to cascade right into the sea. From the living room draped in blue toile textiles the blues of the skies and waters combine into a riot of cerulean hues. The effect continues into bedrooms using similar color schemes that open onto terraces and the waters beyond. All bedrooms at Casita 377 come with attached bathrooms in marble, travertine, and Mexican tiling, and offer separate showers and bathtubs, while rooms bring commodious closets, televisions, air conditioning, ceiling fans, private terraces, and those hypnotizing views of the Sea of Cortez. Indoor/outdoor living is very much the theme in this precious Cabo luxury villa. The living room and television room are buttressed by floor-to-ceiling windows that let in the tropical breezes. The tiled kitchen is bathed in blue tromp l’oeil patterns with an island that separates the cucina and dining area. Dining arrangements inside and out seat eight in comfort. Al fresco dining on the mosaic-tiled table set comes with a built-in barbecue system nested within a desert stone wall. Nearby, the pool deck, furnished with cushiony wrought-iron chaises, flows into an inviting infinity pool along the cliff, punctuated by a Jacuzzi that rises above it and an adjacent firepit – all seemingly suspended over the sea. The movement inside to out, outside to edge, is all marvelously integrated, helped in part by the intimate dimensions of this villa design so no one need feel apart from others – unless they want to be.
