With lounge chairs positioned on a shelf in the pool, sun beds lined up alongside it, and hanging cocoon chairs on the deck, there’s no shortage of spots to soak up the sun, while a deep overhang offers ample space to dine or relax in the cool shade. Kayaks, snorkel gear and a pickleball court offer plenty of ways to stay active by day. Come nightfall, the sunken firepit, with its views of the ocean, is an inviting space to sip a sundowner and plan the next day’s adventures. Timber-clad ceilings and terrazzo floors lend the modern interiors a warm aesthetic and fully pocketing doors across the living room bathe the interior in natural light.
