Head upstairs via a cantilevered walnut staircase projecting from a native stone wall to find a stunning master suite with fully pocketing doors and ocean views at every turn. The kitchen and screened terrace open towards the oversized pool and lap pool, hot tub, fire pit and extensive stone terrace. On the opposite side of the pool from the main house stands another master suite for ultimate privacy. It boasts a double shower with views of the ocean and an additional generous private bathing courtyard. There are also paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling equipment for the water sports enthusiast and a private dock allows guests to be picked up for boat excursions. An elevated three-bedroom guest house with its own kitchen and living space sit behind the main house at Hawksbill. A three-bedroom refurbished beach house completes the estates living accommodation. For guests with a sporting appetite, there is a Gym, a floodlit all-weather tennis court and half-court basketball near the entrance to the property. Hawksbill Estate is a combination of Hawksbill and Beach House. The Beach House Providenciales on Grace Bay is everything you would imagine a beach house to be. This newly refurbished, spacious two-bedroom beachfront property is truly unique. Original Caribbean design, high vaulted ceilings, open plan living space and an expansive, screened-in, wraparound deck are but a few of this charming-but-modern villa's many enticing features.
