Resort amenities include tennis courts ($), a lazy river ($), fitness centre ($), covered playground, scenic grounds, as well as its 15,000-square-foot Event & Conference Center, featuring fitness classes, entertainment, food experiences, and ticketed events. Please note Solterra’s lazy river closes September 8, 2026, and the community pool and hot tub close September 22, 2026, for refurbishment. All amenity enhancements are targeted for completion by December 22, 2026 (subject to change). Need a private, luxurious escape that perfectly balances work and play? Look no further: The 11-bedroom Five-Star Fortress feels like your own boutique hotel with lavish rooms and amenities designed for up to 28 guests: a massive private pool, movie theater, two dedicated office spaces, a game loft, chef’s kitchen, outdoor kitchen, and more. Plus, two themed bedrooms are the perfect place for the comic book fans and space aficionados in your crew to totally geek out. Step into the elegant foyer, which sets the stage for this 7,200-square-foot mansion made for comfort and connection. The adjoining great room feels like a chic hotel lobby with its high-end sofa and chairs, oversized TV, and inviting Organic Modern décor. In the open-plan kitchen, you’ll find generous counter space and bar stool seating—ideal for casual meals and cocktails. Plus, the gorgeous marble countertops, clean white cabinetry, and upgraded appliances will appeal to chefs of all skill levels. One major perk of this home is the impressive dining area, which converts to a large conference room. Whether you prefer to utilize the space for formal family meals or business meetings, this room will quickly and easily adjust to meet your needs. The garage has been transformed into a stunning office area that will elevate any work experience. Here, you can seamlessly transition from leisure to business mode (though we recommend shifting back to vacay mode as soon as you can!) Take advantage of the warm Florida sunshine with a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and spillover spa. This private haven includes relaxing chaises and games galore, from pool basketball to ping-pong and foosball (there’s even an adorable mini waterslide). For al fresco meetings or poolside mealtimes, enjoy the outdoor kitchen with its covered patio table and seating, and relish the change of scenery (along with some Florida BBQ, of course). Head upstairs to screen a flick in your very own private cinema, with its rows of comfy recliners, 86-inch screen, and surround sound. Don’t forget the popcorn and snacks! Arcade game lovers will be wowed by the first-floor gaming room. Here, enjoy 24/7 access to arcade favorites, including Pac-Man, Pac-Man Basketball, a racing game, and air hockey. Upstairs, you’ll find a second recreation epicenter—this one with a pool table, darts, ring toss, wall Scrabble, and more. Take a break from work or play with a fabulous workout in your own private gym, which features the latest treadmill, a stationary bike, as well as free weights, and a Tonal gym. There’s even a smart TV that can connect to apps for virtual training sessions. After playing to their hearts’ content, the kids (or the kids in you) can retreat to two incredible themed rooms—both of which will fly past all of your expectations (literally). The Shuttle Mission room is built for aspiring astronauts (or space nerds) who will marvel at the miniature rocket ship, lifelike NASA equipment, and twisty slide. Playtime here is literally out-of-this-world, and come bedtime, cozy bunk beds and incredible wall art will leave your guests starry-eyed as they drift off to sleep. The nearby Superhero Headquarters room will transport them to an underground hideout where they’ll prepare to save the world, thanks to secret tunnels and a speedy slide. They can even take a power nap clad in iron suits (aka bunk beds)! Nine more ultra-comfortable bedrooms with en suite baths round out the sleeping arrangements. On the first floor, find three conveniently located sanctuaries, including two primary bedrooms with king-size beds, and a primary queen bedroom with a double door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, in addition to the two themed kids’ bedrooms, discover six more gorgeously appointed bedrooms with en suite baths. Throughout, you’ll bask in sleek, contemporary design characterized by neutral palettes, clean lines, organic silhouettes, and warm, natural tones and textures.
