When entering, double doors open into a light airy hall with a guest cloakroom. Straight ahead are nine steps which lead to the first floor and to the left and right are twelve steps which lead down to the kitchen and main living areas. On the first floor is a spacious and comfortable living room with fireplace and a flat screen TV. The wooden floors and natural stone walls give this room a very cozy feel. There are large sliding glass windows leading to a long, south-facing terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and gardens. Branching off the lounge is the master bedroom suite with king-size bed, TV, wardrobe area and large bathroom with hydro bath, walk-in shower and double sink set in granite. On this level, guests can also find a separate powder room. From the entrance hall, steps lead down to a more relaxed space comprising of a living room with sofas and another flat-screen TV with games and accessories, a formal dining table with seating for twelve, and five steps leading up to the kitchen. Natural stone walls and floor-to-ceiling windows make this a bright and spacious living area. The windows from the living/dining room lead to the swimming pool terrace. The kitchen is an irregular shape but works well with everything being within easy reach. There is a small table ideal for breakfast which seats up to six, as well as a large American-style fridge freezer. There are three bedroom suites off the ground floor living room, two twin bedrooms with dressing areas and ensuite bathrooms with his & hers wash basin sets in granite and walk-in showers and the third bedroom contains a double bed, dressing area and a bathroom with bath and his & hers wash basins. There is a covered terrace off the kitchen with views across the garden and swimming pool. To the west of this terrace is a self-contained bedroom suite with a queen-sized bed, wardrobes, TV and large shower room. Below this room, with its own entrance, is a cinema/games room with a big screen TV, DVD player and extensive library of DVDs. The villa has a private swimming pool and the garden, which is a mixture of Mediterranean plants and lawn includes a children's play area. The garden also has a dining table with reclining chairs.
