As a luxury four-bedroom rental, guests will enjoy the overall aesthetics of the structure, its surroundings and its thoughtful interior. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and ocean views. The villa includes a spacious living room, an elegantly furnished dining room, a fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen. Rooms are designed and furnished with meticulous attention to detail. The abundant exterior spaces include an outdoor kitchen and dining area, sunrise patio ideal for yoga, plus pergolas by the pool and at the beach. Wind Chime Villa is off-the-grid, using clean, renewable energy. The villa is equipped with six Tesla Powerwalls, charged by solar during the day, when solar panels are producing more electricity than the home is consuming. Powerwall then stores that energy until the home needs it, such as when solar is no longer producing at night, or when the utility grid is offline during a power outage. We’re committed to minimizing single-use plastics, giving each guest a stainless-steel water bottle that can be easily refilled at the villa’s filtered water station. The villa is a place where it is easy to focus on self-care. Physical health: gym equipment with free weights, peloton bike and yoga mats. Mindfulness: the sunrise deck is a perfect place to meditate; as go upstairs to the second level you’ll encounter a 6’8” Buddha made from Indonesian suar wood, hand carved in Bali. Relaxation: Each room was designed to connect you to the ocean. The ocean has a calming effect on your mind, allowing it to go into a meditative state. Since the sound and sight of the ocean is easy for the brain to process, it can create a soft focus, just like when you are focused on your breath in yoga or in a mindfulness practice. As a contemporary luxury rental, guests will enjoy the overall aesthetics of the structure, its surroundings and its thoughtful interior. As you walk up to the villa, you'll cross a bridge that appears to float above the water. On one side is a modern fountain that stands eight feet tall and on the other side is a copper lotus fountain crafted by a local artisan. In the evenings enjoy the fire bowls that flank the pool and linear fire pit as you relax under the stars. The pool is an ideal setup where the kids can play in the shallow beach entry while the adults enjoy the pool bar, along with the soothing sound of the infinity edge’s waterfall. Next to the pool is a large hot tub spa.
