Villa Solis is an absolute gem. This three-bedroom villa is nestled in manicured gardens just steps from Grace Bay Beach in Turtle Cove. Villa Solis is ideal for small families looking for a quick getaway. Villa Solis is located in a prime location with seven restaurants within walking distance and the IGA Supermarket just a few minutes by car. This modern open-concept villa features three bedrooms each with an on-suite bathroom and private access to the spacious pool deck. Guests to Villa Solis enter through a private gate and short corridor that opens directly onto the villa's spacious pool deck. Here you will find covered seating, outdoor dining, a propane barbecue grill and chez lounges all wrapped around the villa's private heated pool. The entrance to the larger two-bedroom pod is an accordion-style door that spans the entire living room and kitchen. The living room and kitchen are awash with natural light however the porch area means that guests are shielded from the midday sun. Opening this space allows guests to move seamlessly from the living room and fully equipped kitchen to the outdoor dining and expanded living space. The central kitchen and dining area is flanked on either side by two of the villa's spacious three bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor walk-in showers, a king bed and private access to the central pool deck. The guest pod sits separately from the main building and offers additional privacy. The guest pod has a large walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in showers and a king bed. The guest pod is accessed externally through a sliding door off the central pool deck.

Lovely Villa In A Great Location
Villa Solis was sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable and in a great location, and all of the appliances and the Wifi worked perfectly. I would have liked to give a rating of 4.5 stars if possible. The Rental Escapes website still advertises that the porch (which includes the dining area) has screens; however, the local property manager indicated that they had been broken by a previous visitor. As someone who gets a severe reaction to bug bites, I was looking forward to having the screens available, and I would have appreciated receiving an advance heads-up that they were no longer functional. The other, more minor, issue was that there were not enough bowls, small glasses and glass wine glasses for the six adults in our group.

Perfect accommodation for our family of six. Private villa, with well-designed bedroom separation. Great location very close to Grace Bay Beach. Loved the accessibility to great snorkeling by walking. Enjoyed relaxing in the plunge pool. Bedrooms airy with ceiling fans and back up individual air conditioners. Thank you for supplying high chairs and pack and play.

Better Than All Inclusive Option
1st time in T&C for us. We prefer to have freedom of going and doing what we want vs feeling obligated to stay in all-inclusive option. Check in and check out we’re effortless. Location was short drives to whatever/wherever. Was a Short walk to beach. Able to drive car w beach load of cooler/chairs provided, to end of road and park. So that made things easier. Best snorkel reef was right there. Awesome option.
