A wonderful five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom villa located in the exclusive gated community of Dawn Beach Estates on St. Maarten. The villa offers extraordinary views of the ocean and the neighboring island of St. Barts in the distance. This beautifully designed villa stands apart from other villas in the area. The architectural design is new, young and alive! Each room in the villa offers amazing water views and attention was given to every detail. The villa's two level space, rooms, terrace area and private pool join together in a flowing space. The exquisite use of textures and color creates a perfect mix of modern and Caribbean chic style. The main level offers spacious, open-concept living and dining areas which are elegantly furnished. The indoor dining area offers seating for up to eight people. The living area offers a spacious area for family and friends with comfortable seating that faces a large flat-screen television with cable television. There is a DVD/CD player, iPod Dock and surround sound system for your enjoyment. The very impressive gourmet kitchen is a dream for those of you who love to cook. The kitchen features granite countertops, modern state-of-the-art deluxe stainless steel appliances, large wine cooler, place settings, silverware, and accessories and fully equipped for you to make that gourmet meal. Large sliding glass doors open onto the outdoor terrace area with an infinity pool where you may enjoy the wonderful views and gentle trade winds. By the pool area, there are comfortable seating areas under the covered terrace areas and lounge chairs for you to bask in the Caribbean Sun. The villa features five bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Two large bedrooms are located at the entry-level, the same level as the living room, pool and kitchen areas. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level of the villa. A large covered terrace is located in front of all bedrooms for outdoor relaxing. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat screen cable television, walk-in closet, personal safe and en-suite bathroom with stone tub, double sinks, bidet and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, closet space and en suite bathroom with shower. From within the villa, on the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed, closet and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both offer a king-size bed, closet space and en suite bathroom with shower.

Breathtaking Sunset
The home was gorgeous very roomy and clean. I loved the fact that every bedroom had a bathroom, balcony, and TV. We could come together and then be in our own sanctuary at night. The pool was very warm. I am not sure if it heated. Mr. Dewayne met us at the car rental place. Thank you for sending him to guide us. LOL it was a nightmare going through town and the traffic. We had a chef on night 1. i am so glad Kristy suggested the chef. By the time we got our rental car and made it to the home. We were exhausted and no one wanted to go back out. The chef made amazing appetizers and a specialty welcome drink for our group. He set up the table on the patio and displayed the food by the pool. We could eat and chill by the pool. We did a grocery delivery service just to have some food and drinks to start us off. It is pricey but worth it because we did not want to drive to the store that night or in the morning. Kristy set up in home massages. We had two females and they were amazing. The chef came back to Brunch and mimosas. The Mango pancakes were beyond tasty. We did a day trip to Anguilla. We did 4 hours with a driver. You will need more than 4 hours if you plan to hop the beaches. Anguilla is beautiful. I was not happy with our driver. That is a long story but just make sure you tell them where to take you. Overall, we loved the home. We would definitely come back. Rental Escapes team was beyond helpful and made the trip easy to plan (because they planned it all. LOL). I could say so much more but just know the experience was fantastic!

SKY BLUE Paradise
Beautiful Villa in safe gated community. Dawn beach was a little disapointing as was covered in seaweed. Villa has all amenities in kitchen, sound system pool etc. Grill could be upgraded (only 25% of burner worked) no air in main rooms (breeze offset most of the time) award winning view
