Through the terrace, you can enter directly into the open-plan living room and a stylish, fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, the villa also features a children's playroom, laundry room, and bathroom. The first floor comprises three bedrooms, each with a lovely balcony featuring a sea view or garden view.
