The spacious flat has two main areas, one for coming together with each other and another for rest and relaxation. For communal space, a great room with a covered terrace provides an area for lively gatherings. The open floor plan includes lounge seating, a kitchen, dining room, and covered terrace with a grill that is perfectly suited to spending meals and time together throughout the day. When there is a need for peace and quiet, a separate area just for bedrooms offers a place to rest after days spent exploring town. This back wing of the home is dedicated to personal spaces, and includes a guest bedroom with two day beds and a trundle, a queen-base bunk room, and a primary bedroom with a covered terrace. A washer and dryer to rinse gear and do laundry complete the necessities of 38 Avenida la Antigua, resulting in a home that’s fully equipped for meals, social time, and relaxation during your stay in this lively beach town. Step outside the flat for beach barbecues, hikes in the tropical dry forest trails, and catamaran citizen science excursions all waiting just outside your door. Avenida la Antigua Flats building is surrounded on both sides by two car-free plazas, Plaza Lucía and Plaza Escondida. It has two shared spaces, a pergola on the top floor with open views to the ocean, mountains and town, and also a charcoal grilling and outdoor lounging area.
