The upper-level great room includes a 42" flat screen TV w/ Satellite, DVD, stereo with Ipod hookup, and a comfortable lounge area. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table seats 8 and there are additional seats at the bar. Each of the four suites has king-size beds, large walk-in showers with walk-in closets, all with stunning views of Great Cruz Bay. The lower level of the villa has a second great room equipped with a pool table, refrigerator, and another flat-screen TV, perfect for staying in and entertaining or relaxing while enjoying total seclusion. If your reservation is discounted or for less than five days there is an arrival charge of $65. If an arrival takes place on a major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) the arrival fee is $100.
