Property Description
This traditional and authentic Provencal villa, located 600 meters from the famous French village of Eygalieres (heart of the Alpilles), can comfortably accommodate ten guests. Every consideration has been taken into account in order to ensure a peaceful and quiet stay for guests. Surrounded by nature, the fully air conditioned villa boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a heated swimming pool, private tennis court, a piano, and a plethora of olive, pine, and almond trees. The house's architecture and the decoration are the work of professionals experienced in local materials and techniques. The Provencal decoration, refined and authentic, creates the atmosphere; whitewash and sand roughcasts, baked clay floors, and linen fabrics. Les-Baux-de-Provence stones are everywhere and set the tone. The bedrooms are little slumbering worlds of gentleness because of the silence of the place and are pervaded with the fragrances of pine trees and rosemary which rule over the surrounding scrub land.

The town of Paradou consists of three shops (an excellent butcher, a great bakery, and a tiny grocery store with the most fantastic produce and wine section). 10 minute drive to St-Remy-de-Provence (shops and restaurants). 30 minute drive to Avignon (restaurants, shopping, TGV station). 30 to 40 minute drive from Luberon Valley hilltop villages of Gordes, Menerbes, and Rousillon. 45 minute drive from the Cotes du Rhone vineyards and the Chateauneuf-du-Pape wine region. 45 minute drive from the historic aqueduct 'Pont-du-Gard' and the town of Uzes. 1 hour drive from Marseille International Airport.
