Aqua Vue is a luxurious 2 400 square foot four bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom condo with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, Simpson Bay and Porto Cupecoy marina. This spacious condo is perfect for friends travelling together, as well as for comfortable family celebrations. You will love the decor, luxuriously furnished and decorated in comfortable neutrals with splashes of color in an upscale design. The open layout of the living area flowing to the kitchen and dining area all enjoy wonderful water views. There is a wonderful dining area to accommodate eight guests. The impeccable kitchen features granite countertops and is equipped with deluxe stainless steel Viking appliances, triple door refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery, and pots. A series of sliding glass doors lead to a 500-square-foot terrace overlooking the marina, sea, and bay, including an outdoor dining area for al fresco dining, lounge chairs, and sofa for your enjoyment. Four comfortable and spacious bedrooms offer privacy for everyone, each with an en suite bathroom. The Primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen cable television, DVD player, big walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with an oversized deep soaking marble bathtub, separate marble rain shower, double vanity sinks, and built-in closets. This bedroom also opens directly onto the terrace. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, television, DVD player, closet space, and en-suite bathroom with shower, double vanity sinks, and built-in closets. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed, television, DVD player, closet space, and en suite bathroom with shower, double vanity sinks, and built-in closets. The fourth bedroom offers two double beds, a television, DVD player, closet space, and en suite bathroom with a shower, double vanity sinks, and built-in closets.

Dirty 30 Tour
The overall property experience was AMAZING. The breathtaking views, the spacious condo, enough bathrooms for everyone, walking distance food/ grocery options. We had a blast!! Kat was an amazing concierge host for my trip! She made sure to answer all my questions day in and out and she would always get back to me if she did not know the answer. I appreciate Kats hard work in ensuring my 30th was a success. She helped me set up a brunch, a car rental, and some excursions. She even went the extra mile to find a bakery for me. I would highly recommend working with Kat for her patience, dedication , and understanding. Thank you Kat!! I also worked with Elly who was amazing setting up the home we stayed in at Aqua Vue. The views were to die for. Elly had patience too as I almost wanted to change the home, but I’m glad I kept my original pick! The pictures don’t do justice as you should really experience yourself. Overall very satisfied with the two ladies I worked with. Thank you!!
