This villa is a magnificent home away from home for your beach getaway. Nestled in the hills near the town of Lurin, Gouverneur Beach is just a short drive away. Elegant shopping and dining options in Gustavia are less than 10 minutes away by car. Living Spaces: As you enter Villa Costa Nova, you’re delivered into a breezy great room. Here you’ll find the living room, a dining table, and the villa’s kitchen. A soft sofa and armchairs in the center of the living room invite you to sink in and unwind. Whether you’re settling in for a morning coffee or an afternoon snooze, it’s an ideal spot. Doors in front of the chairs open to the outdoor deck overlooking the ocean. In the corner, a wicker sofa sits in front of a TV, letting you enjoy some downtime with your favourite movie. Also connected to the living room is a small office space, furnished with a desk and chair for those who need to get some work done. Kitchen and Dining Room: The well-equipped kitchen at Villa Costa Nova has everything you’ll need for your stay. From simple snacks to gourmet meals, the high-end appliances won’t have any trouble. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion. A dining table with four seats sits between the kitchen and living room, a comfortable place for an elegant dinner. There’s also plenty of space outside to enjoy a casual meal, soaking up the cool evening air. Bedrooms: The two bedrooms at Costa Nova Villa are on either side of the living room. Both come with mosquito netting, air-conditioning, and a colourful ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower. The master suite has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom either comes with a king or two twins. Both open onto the outdoor terrace, letting you fall asleep with the cool breeze each evening. Private and quiet, they’re great spots to recharge at the end of a long day exploring St. Barts. Outdoor Features: The outdoor terrace at Villa Costa Nova encourages you to spend time outside, soaking up the glorious island weather. In the center, the swimming pool will no doubt tempt you in, while loungers lining the water are ideal spots to bask in the Caribbean sun. At the edge of the terrace, a comfortable outdoor lounge is a magnificent setting for an evening cocktail hour. Cheers to your vacation with a rum punch or fine French wine, watching as the sun sends hues of red, orange, and gold across the sea and sky. When night falls, an outdoor Jacuzzi is a tempting spot to relax and admire the stars above. For days at the beach, the sand at Gouverneur is just a few minutes by car.
