This villa offers an exquisite and comfortable tropical getaway, and here are the key features and amenities: Bedrooms: The villa boasts four well-appointed bedrooms, including two identical primary en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds on the top floor. Additionally, there are two standalone bedrooms on the pool deck level, each equipped with two twin beds that can be joined to create king-size beds. Walk-in closets are available in all bedrooms, ensuring ample storage space. Comfort: Every bedroom is air-conditioned, guaranteeing a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The louvre windows add to the tropical charm, allowing cool breezes to flow through the villa. Stylish Interior: Zephyr Hill is elegantly furnished with stylish and high-quality furnishings, creating a sophisticated and inviting ambiance throughout the villa. Housekeeping and Cook Service: Housekeeping and cook services are provided three times a week from 9am to 3pm, allowing guests to relax and unwind without the hassle of chores or meal preparation. Housekeeping and cook service is included 3 times per week from 9am to 3pm. The cook can prepare and serve breakfast and/or lunch, she can also prepare dinner, however, the client would have to reheat and serve themselves later in the evening. The guest can choose any 2 meals to be prepared on the scheduled days. Please note, the guest is responsible for groceries. Outdoor Paradise: The villa boasts a large pool and entertainment area, perfect for sunbathing or a refreshing swim. Al fresco dining allows guests to enjoy meals with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. Entertainment and Connectivity: A Smart TV is available in the living room, and high-speed internet ensures seamless connectivity. A small office space is provided for those who need to stay productive during their stay. Security: The villa is equipped with an alarm system, and secure parking is available for peace of mind. Transportation: While rental cars are an option, taxis are easily accessible for guests who prefer not to drive. "Zephyr Hill" promises the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and unforgettable memories in a picturesque and tranquil setting. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, this villa offers the ideal base for a luxurious Caribbean vacation. The villa can be rented as the Full House, or as 1-2 bedroom rate which would be the main house only. (3rd and 4th semi-detached bedrooms on pool deck is not included and will be locked off during the stay).
