The villa, which has recently undergone a careful renovation with the use of typical local materials, offers maximum comfort to families or small groups of friends for up to 14 people. Designed with the intention of ensuring entertainment and relaxation for guests, Casale San Casciano has on the ground floor a large dining room with pellet fireplace adjacent to the kitchen, a relaxation area with books and TV and 5 bedrooms. A comfortable staircase leads to a large living room ideal for hosting the whole family, after which you reach a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the enchanting surrounding forest. Two further bedrooms on the first floor complete the interior of the villa. Outside, the property is surrounded by oaks, olive trees and various shaded areas. The swimming pool, which can be heated on request, is set in this scenario. A few meters from the villa there is a restaurant for the exclusive use of guests. Here, the chef will prepare delicious dishes by guiding guests in tastings of local specialties with recipes of the typical Tuscan tradition. The villa features Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. And for those who manage to separate themselves from this oasis of tranquility and culinary goodness, a little less than an hour's drive away it is possible to easily reach renowned tourist resorts such as Montepulciano, Siena, Perugia and Florence.
