The spacious, open-plan living area comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a large center island with four barstools. The living area boasts a five-seat corner sectional sofa, an armchair, a chair with an ottoman, a 55″ Smart TV (Netflix enabled), a six-seat dining table, and access to the balcony with stunning views. The corridor lends access to a half-bathroom and laundry room with a washer and dryer. The blue and green decorations against the neutral modern furnishings in the living area are a seamless reflection of the sea and sands that await outside. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 32″ TV, a walk-in closet, an armchair, and access to the balcony with stunning views. The master bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a two-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and unwind during your stay. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and a full modern en-suite bathroom. And the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and a full modern en-suite bathroom. This unit provides you with 2,120 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited high-speed WiFi (this is the first resort on the island to have high-speed fibre-optic cabling), and four cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the left corridor off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps six guests in three beds. THE RESORT This Beach Resort Aruba has a swimming pool with a hot tub, a children’s pool, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquillity of the resort with its luscious tropical landscaping. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. There is also a children’s playground, an alfresco dining area with two BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a communal rooftop area to enjoy Aruba’s sunsets. Onsite there is a fitness room, a day Spa – Blue Waters Day Spa – and a mini-market. Ample free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex. For all our guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at desk in the lobby. All the rental properties also provided with portable beach chairs and coolers that can be taken to the beach. THE BEACH AND AREA Located just a few steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach, well-known for its 50-yards wide pristine soft white sand, turquoise waters, and breathtaking sunsets. Within about one mile from this resort, there are several water sports companies, beach bars, great restaurants, spas, casinos, a gas station, coffeehouses, a movie theatre with a food court (The Movies IMAX Gloria), a supermarket (Super Food Plaza), the Hospital, a pharmacy, a golf course, and Beach Tennis Aruba.
