Spanning 5,200 sq. ft., Crystal Waters sits directly oceanfront on a 200-foot wide barefoot beach in Cayman Kai. With two bedrooms on the lower level and 4 bedrooms upstairs, Crystal Waters can sleep 12 guests comfortably. The enclosed oceanfront sunporch spans the entire width of the home's lower level, allowing guests to enjoy sweeping ocean views from the kitchen and living areas. The living room is equipped with an entertainment hub featuring a large wall-mounted satellite television, surround sound audio system, and DVD player. The beachfront pool deck, built in 2017, features a shallow Baja shelf with four submerged chaise lounges, a poolside veranda with outdoor seating, and an oversized beach deck with sectional lounge seating. Pool heat is available for a $250 weekly surcharge. The wider lot allows the owner to offer plenty of privacy while also being conveniently located in Cayman Kai. Seldom will you see anyone walk by your beach during the week, as direct beach access is not nearby. Location is paramount for Crystal Waters. This wonderful Caribbean villa is a 1-minute walk from the Kaibo Yacht Club and restaurant. The Kaibo offers watersport rentals, a beach bar & grill, take-out pizza, and a coffee shop. There's also a fine dining restaurant upstairs. Beach lovers will want to visit Starfish Point, a short 5-minute walk west, and the famous Rum Point Club, a 10-minute walk north. Beach Notes Crystal Waters enjoys a beautiful barefoot white sand beach and north-western sunset views looking at Stingray Sandbar. One can walk barefoot all the way down to Starfish point, about a mile away. The Kaibo Yacht Club and restaurants are less than 100 yards from the house by foot. An excellent place to grab a morning coffee, casual lunch or elegant dinner upstairs. The Kaibo also has a marina and is where many private charters will prefer to collect you for a private deep-sea fishing charter, stingray city charter or snorkel trip. The ferry to Camana Bay also leaves from the Kaibo. General Grand Cayman Beach Notes All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically “public” since the Queen owns up to the high watermark and the shoreline quality behind your property may vary seasonally. Be advised that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website because of the weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. Ocean Debris and Sargassum Seaweed Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. The owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. We try our best to work around mother nature.
