Casa Milah is equipped with an array of included amenities and services:
• Personal service by the villa staff including a housekeeper (Speaks Spanish 9am - 5pm), Chef (Speaks English & Spanish), Gardener and House Manager
• On arrival day only dinner service & on departure day only breakfast service is offered. Cost of groceries not included and a shopping fee is applicable

Property Rates

• A Mandatory cash security deposit of $1,500 USD is required at check in for all bookings • A cash food deposit of $1,500 USD is required at check-in as well as a $150 USD shopping fee per stay • Rates are from 1 – 6 bedrooms (1 – 12 guests) and 7 – 8 bedrooms (13 – 16 guests) • Each extra guest is an additional $195 USD + taxes per guest, per night *Infants under 24 months stay for free • A 3% Environmental tax will be added to the final accommodation fare • Day Passes are available at $95 USD per person per day • Gratuities are not included, please enquire for tipping suggestions
