The estate’s crown jewel is the expansive outdoor living areas, where 3,000 square feet of multi-level decking transitions into the soft white sands of Seven Mile Beach. For those staying seven nights or more, the experience begins with a professional chauffeur greeting and private mini-coach transfer for your entire group, ensuring your arrival is as effortless as a tropical breeze. The heated freshwater pool is strategically elevated, offering an ideal vantage point for sunset cocktails while maintaining absolute privacy from the beach below. Surrounded by double-chaise loungers and shaded by swaying palms, the pool deck serves as an intimate retreat for sun-drenched afternoons. For the adventurous, the villa provides private stand-up paddleboards and tandem kayaks, with dedicated mooring balls for those arriving by private charter or renting jet skis. Inside, the villa’s architecture balances grand social spaces with quiet comfort. The North Wing features a gourmet chef’s kitchen and formal dining, while the South Wing is an entertainment hub with a music room and a sprawling game lounge. The villa's bedrooms are spread across the upper and lower levels, with six upstairs and one downstairs. Beach Notes The beach behind Coconut Walk is pure soft sand with barefoot entry into the water. The water here is usually very calm and clean--the most beautiful cerulean blue color. The sandy beach is sloped to provide privacy around the pool area from passersby, but also provides plenty of room for throwing a Frisbee, or football, or taking long barefoot walks south towards the resorts, beach bars, and hotels on central Seven Mile Beach. There are 2 mooring balls for rental boats or visiting charter captains. Coconut Walk is also only a few hundred feet away from some of the best snorkeling at Cemetery Reef just to the south. General Grand Cayman Beach Notes All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically “public” since the Queen owns up to the high watermark and the shoreline quality behind your property may vary seasonally. Be advised that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website because of the weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. Ocean Debris and Sargassum Seaweed Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. The owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. We try our best to work around mother nature.
