Surrounded by lawns, landscaped gardens, and lovely shaded terraces, this authentic air conditioned farmhouse can accommodate up to eight guests in its four bedrooms and four bathrooms and fenced outside area with a large swimming pool and summer kitchen.
This house is within walking distance from the lovely village of Saint Remy de Provence. This tastefully renovated farmhouse offers 210 square metres of living space and sits on two floors.
On the ground floor, the entrance hall has been arranged with a bar, and opens onto a large and warm living room with fireplace, sofas, and window doors giving on a terrace and gardens.
Then, there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster, micro-wave, oven and a separate cozy dining room. A first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom sits on this floor too; it has large window doors with gardens view.
Going upstairs to the first floor, there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms, two with large en suite bathrooms and one with en-suite shower room. In an annex a laundry and boiler room have been arranged with washing machine, iron and ironing board, and central heating system.
Mazet de Roussan is surrounded by 2 000 square metres of fenced garden; entrance is via an automatic gate.
The landscaped garden offers plenty of shaded areas, with a large old plane tree, a palm tree, and many other tree varieties. By the house a large wrought iron arbour is perfect for breakfast and alfresco dining during warm summer days.
There is a large Provencal swimming pool secured by a pool alarm system, and nearby a stone terrace with two canopies providing shade, and a large summer kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue.
