Villa San Giacomo is equipped with an array of included amenities and services:
• Personal service by the villa staff, including a housekeeper, cook and waiter for breakfast and one other meal (lunch OR dinner), pool and garden maintenance
• Porter service included from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on arrival and 8:00 am and 10:00 am on departure. For arrivals outside of the above scheduled hours, or on Sunday, porter service will be subject to a fee
• Bed linens are changed 3 times per week
• Daily continental breakfast
• Welcome dinner - chef’s choice (for weekly rentals only)
