Silent Waters is located on one of the highest hilltops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea. The site consists of 16 and a half acres, secured with a sophisticated electronic security and video system, twelve buildings, helicopter pad, private tennis court and two swimming pools occupy five acres. The entire property is rented to only one party of guests at any given time, thereby providing complete seclusion and privacy for the guests. Four PGA class golf courses are within a 30 minute drive. Beaches, water activities and shopping are located within a 15 minute drive from the villa. Silent Waters is a superb location for a family reunion, corporate retreat, destination wedding or just a small group of friends seeking a most unusual holiday experience.

Silent Waters Villa is equipped with an array of included amenities and services:
• Personal service by the villa staff including a Chef, kitchen assistant, server, bartender, housekeeping, laundry, gardening, pool maintenance and night security watchman
• Complimentary arrival and departure transport to/from Sangster International Airport (MBJ) and Silent Waters Villa. Up to three transfers for arrival and three transfers for departure (additional trips will incur an extra fee)
• Complimentary breakfast (served between 7:00am – 10:30am)
• Welcome drinks upon arrival

Wish I Could Have Stayed Longer
Beautiful villa, amazing staff, and breathtaking view. I could have done without all of the lizards and bugs in my room, but I understand that was impossible due to the location. Little to no hot water in the owner's villa, and Jean could have been a little friendlier. I booked and paid for the villa, so there's no excuse of why she should have introduced herself to me on Saturday morning instead of upon arrival on Thursday evening. Besides that, I had an AMAZING birthday trip, and we couldn't have had a better staff of service. They went above and beyond to make sure my guests and myself were accommodated.

Absolutely Amazing
Silent Waters was absolutely amazing! Now that I'm home and back to reality I just want to go back there. The staff was so great and really took wonderful care of us. They were also very protective when we went on any excursions. It really was a dream vacation.
