Raised hardwood walkways wind through stone-walled courtyards and wide teak and glass staircases connect the property’s sophisticated layout. The main living room, which has a cathedral ceiling and large flat-screen TV, opens to a terrace with an outdoor living area facing the view. Located adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, breakfast nook, and rollaway kitchen block. A unique feature is the nearby billiard table, which converts into a large dining table that comfortably seats 10 guests. Passing through a well-appointed office, one reaches the master bedroom suite with king bed, his and hers showers, a pop-up flat-screen TV and magnificent ocean views. The other three bedrooms are located on the lower level and have queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers.
