Located in a private estate in the Gouverneur neighbourhood, the luxurious vacation rental Avalon is an outstanding property close to Gouverneur Beach, and opens onto a panoramic ocean view. Surrounded by a tropical garden, villa Avalon offers the incredible glowing spectacles of St Bart’s sunsets. The large living room of Villa Avalon opens widely onto the terrace and features a large mirror reflecting the spectacle of landscapes as if they were paintings. Tastefully decorated in a contemporary and bright style with a white sofa and lovely lights, this space is quiet in a serene atmosphere. The white and linen-toned dining room can accommodate up to ten guests around a large table with comfortable armchairs in an open space, under two beautiful lights hanging from the mansard ceiling. In the extension, the modern kitchen with a bar is well equipped to cook meals and talk over a coffee. Outside, the terrace opens onto a spectacular view over the ocean and the green landscape of St. Barths. The large swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds and chairs with soft cushions. There is also a garden lounge area, a table for four and a barbecue for unforgettable moments in the shade of the lovely foliage of lush vegetation. The luxury vacation home Avalon is composed of four comfortable air-conditioned rooms with mosquito nets. Each room has a king-size bed and private mineral-coloured bathrooms with outdoor showers and glass bricks. There are storage spaces, closets and dressers, desk areas, safes and soft pillows in the clean and modern decor. Two bedrooms open onto the stunning ocean view. Located on the lower level, one of the rooms has a sitting area, a relaxing garden view and a private terrace. You‘ll marvel at the charm of the magnificent villa Avalon, the perfect place for an idyllic stay under the sun of St-Barthelemy.
