The living area is split into several different areas for relaxing and unwinding with friends and family. In one area, a roaring fireplace warms the two leather sofas that face one another- perfect for cozying up on a chilly evening with a bottle of wine and great conversation. Nearby, another sofa and a pair of armchairs face the large HDTV- ideal for those who want to catch a game or a favourite movie. Still another pairing of armchairs faces the windows and the once-in-a-lifetime vistas. Up one step and into the kitchen, you'll first encounter a formal, parquet dining table with seating for eight.
