The name of the villa was chosen to honour the artist Eduardo Kac, whose works can be enjoyed in the rooms of the property. For lovers of sunsets in St. Barths, this holiday house with magical evening shows is an ideal choice. Built on two levels in a modern design, the quiet and private luxury holiday villa Edunia is composed of a large and open-plan living room furnished with comfortable white sofas and a high-definition flat-screen television for pleasant movie nights. This air-conditioned great room is tastefully decorated with the Kac’s Artworks, in perfect harmony with the warm-toned natural wood, and the soft Caribbean colours of the scenery. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace and features a high table with eight stools, allowing for indoor dining in a warm and friendly atmosphere. At the back, a garden area is set up with a table, chairs and a gas barbecue, right in the tropical vegetation of the island. At the front of the property, there is a beautiful and expansive terrace with a breathtaking view over the deep blue ocean. You will be amazed by the splendid fifteen-meter-long infinity-heated swimming pool that seems to melt with the blue ocean in the background. An outdoor dining area and a lounge are set up for delightful moments in the gentle island breeze. Sun decks are around the pool facing the panorama, the best place for enjoying the view, the sublime sunsets and the beauty of the island. The luxurious villa Edunia has four beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with ocean views. Each bedroom has a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds, a dressing room and an adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and safe.
