Property Description
The many welcoming terraces surrounding the large infinity pool offer plenty of space for sunbathing. A shaded terrace surrounds the living room on the ground floor, where several lounges have been arranged, but also where the large family table is located. A newly added air-conditioned fitness room is located at the end of the property and a stone path carved into the rocks leads visitors directly to the ocean level. A magnificent lounge area has been created halfway, where the background music is only the sound of the waves, hence the name of the villa 'Le Chant de la Mer'. The spacious main room is fully open to the terrace on both sides, allowing the natural breeze to keep the space cool and has two lounge areas. One has two large sofas to relax on after a long day outdoors. The other is located near the entertainment center, with American satellite and Apple TV and a SONOS sound system. The large, modern and spacious kitchen is fully equipped for a Chef, but with its large breakfast bar, it can also be a pleasant place to chat. Just outside the kitchen is an authentic stone pizza oven. The loft above the living room houses an office, in case some business needs to be done during the holidays. The master bedroom is located opposite the pool, under the main level, and is equipped with a European king bed, a large dressing room and a bathroom with shower and double basin. The second main bedroom is next door. This room has a separate lounge area, with a European king bed, adjoining bathroom with shower and double basin. The Jacuzzi is located behind this bedroom and is an ideal place to relax at the end of the day while watching the sunset. The third master bedroom is located on the ground floor, in a separate bungalow above the pool, with a European king bed and a large adjoining bathroom with shower and double basin. Two guest rooms are located in the bungalow above the pool. Each of these rooms is equipped with a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. All rooms have American satellite and Apple TV. On request, a sixth bedroom (ideal for a bodyguard, Chef de cuisine or nanny) can be arranged in a separate private studio with a kitchen and outdoor shower.

Location Information
Until July 7th driving from the Gustavia/St-Jean area to Marigot has a 10-15 minutes detour. However, driving from Marigot to the Gustavia/St-Jean area has a one way road available. From July 7th till mid-November both directions will have detours due to roadwork on the main road. AWD (4x4) cars are recommended as the roads are tight with many turns and delays are to be expected.
