Lenalee is a four-bedroom home boasting a great hilltop location that is close to town, making it the ideal choice for newcomers to St Barts. Situated above Flamands Bay, Lenalee looks out over the green of the surrounding hills and the blue of the Atlantic beyond - Ile Bonhomme and Ile Le Boulanger are also visible in the distance. Lenalee has recently undergone a modern and stylish redesign, and now boasts a convenient layout and soothing decor - perfect for relaxation. The home is divided into three structures. The main living area opens onto the hardwood terrace where there is outdoor seating, a lounge chair for tanning, and a wonderful pool. The hardwood terrace wraps around the main house on two sides, offering both full sun and restful shade at different times of the day. The plunge pool and hammock offer two ideal ways to cool off after a day at the beach. Indoor and sheltered outdoor dining areas make sit-down dinners possible for as many as ten guests, and the kitchen is open and efficient. The stylish and well-equipped gourmet kitchen is open to the sheltered outdoor dining area via a wide pass-through. All the spaces are tastefully decorated and feature exclusive paintings from famous artist/painter Zaza Noah and international artist/photographer Laurent Dequick. The open and breezy living room provides a shady place to relax during the afternoon, a comfortable spot for a movie night after a long day, and a nice space for entertaining. The villa's bedrooms are situated above and below the main living area and terrace, allowing privacy. The first two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath and glass-walled shower, are located in a cottage that is linked via a stone staircase. The third bedroom is located below the main area, and the fourth bedroom, which is in its own structure, is near the fitness room. All the bedrooms are similar in furnishings and amenities, making Lenalee a wonderful choice for friends vacationing together as well as for families. The villa has a fully equipped fitness room with up-to-date equipment and a lovely view. Lenalee is within easy reach of the beach in Flamands as well as the shopping, restaurants and clubs in Gustavia and St Jean.
