Built recently in a contemporary style and a refined decoration, this luxurious vacation home offers upscale services facing the breathtaking ocean. Built on two levels, Villa Alpaka is composed of an open-plan living room located on the main level. This living space features modern paintings and decorative touches. The beautiful ceiling provides a play of lights in a unique and very original atmosphere. Furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs and a coffee table in a stylish and minimalist decor, you will enjoy the abstract work of Jean-François Lacalmontie, while relaxing in the quiet atmosphere in front of the panoramic view. The semi-open, well-equipped kitchen offers the utmost comfort, including a breakfast area with bar stools on a wooden countertop that separates it from the dining room. There is an outdoor dining room perfect to enjoy meals cooked by the private chefs you may book. Outside, you’ll enjoy the sumptuous infinity swimming pool (more than fifteen meters), facing the ocean and seemingly merging with the turquoise-coloured waters. All around it, there are lounge chairs as an ideal setup to marvel at Saint-Barth’s beauty, as well as a dining area nestled in the lush vegetation of the island. The vacation rental Alpaka has four large air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds, large closet spaces, private en-suite bathrooms and terraces with ocean views. The original decoration of each room creates a very contemporary and cozy atmosphere, for quiet and unforgettable moments. One of them is located on the main level, next to the living room, and can be accessed by people with reduced mobility. The other three bedrooms are on the lower level, accessible from the garage.
