Set at 8,900 feet, this home offers some of the most incredible mountain views you will ever see. Indoor amenities include a spacious living area with a fireplace. Large indoor dining area, exercise room and media room. Outdoor amenities include a large terrace and a hot tub. Guests enter the home on the main floor. Here they’ll find three cozy bedrooms, all with plush king beds. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private en-suite bath with single-standing showers— one of which has a double-standing shower. This floor also features a ski room, a fitness room, a children’s playroom, and access to a spectacular covered patio with outdoor furniture, a hot tub, two outdoor gas fireplaces, a gas grill, and lovely vistas! The main floor features a bedroom with one twin-over-twin bunk bed and one queen-over-queen bunk bed that can sleep four—making it perfect for children. And this room is equipped with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV that will keep them entertained! A private en-suite bath with a standing shower is just off the bedroom. The top floor of Ski Palace features an expansive living area with a living room, kitchen, and dining room, along with an abundance of windows with views that will take your breath away. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, refrigerator, and plenty of counter space—making it ideal for those that enjoy cooking for their family and friends. Guests can enjoy their meals at the fourteen-seat dining table in the dining room or at the four-seat breakfast bar in the kitchen. The stylish living room is located adjacent to the dining area. It features a gas fireplace, two comfortable sofas, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony with outdoor furniture. The top floor of the home has three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a two-person standing shower, and a separate tub with views. The second bedroom boasts a king bed, a separate two-person shower, a jetted tub, and a dual vanity. The third bedroom on this floor features a king bed, an en-suite bath, a separate two-person shower, a jetted tub, and a double vanity. Ski Palace also has an apartment above the garage with a well-equipped kitchen, a living area, and a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
