The fully equipped modern kitchen boasts an electric hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large American style fridge and has access directly to the outdoor dining area and pool terrace. There is also access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. Facilities featured throughout each room of the house include satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi and a centrally connected alarm system.
