Seafire is a contemporary oceanfront villa on the west end of Grace Bay Beach at Smith’s Reef in Providenciales, where turquoise waters meet the deeper blue of the distant coral drop. The gently curving shoreline invites leisurely beach walks and offers expansive views of the island that come alive at night with twinkling lights. The villa’s amenities include a private gym and an all-inclusive experience with a dedicated butler, chef, and housekeeping. A drive lined with low trees and soft lighting welcomes you home each evening, completing a truly elevated island retreat. The home takes your breath away from the moment you arrive at the front gate. The long, gravelled driveway is lined with large, age-old Caribbean mahogany trees that canopy over your vehicle as you approach the villa’s entry pavilion. Throughout the home, careful detail and consideration has been put into each space, taking into account luxury, comfort and the enhancement of the natural surroundings. The Seafire is styled as a modern, but transitional home that extenuates its already privileged surroundings with distinct textures and flair. The property contrasts beautifully with the turquoise ocean and white sandy beaches that make Turks and Caicos so special. The home has a dedicated full staff complete with a chef, butler and housekeeper to cater to your every whim throughout the day and night. Staff operate out of a separate chef’s kitchen and staff space, allowing you and your guests privacy throughout your stay while the staff work behind the scenes. There is also an extensive 40kw solar system installed at the villa that offsets the majority of the home’s carbon footprint.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Seafire Villa in Turks and Caicos was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully designed to create a truly world-class experience. The villa itself is stunning—beautifully appointed, impeccably maintained, and perfectly positioned to capture breathtaking ocean views from nearly every room. Waking up each morning to the turquoise waters and endless horizon felt like living in a postcard. What truly sets Seafire apart, however, is the exceptional staff. Thank you Chef Serafin, J and Antonio the best. They were warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely fun to be around. Their hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like family. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, and their local knowledge and enthusiasm added so much to our stay. The amenities are absolutely five-star. The world-class gym rivals many luxury resorts, allowing us to keep up our fitness routine while enjoying paradise. The outdoor spaces are spectacular, with multiple areas to relax, dine, and take in the incredible views. The food was another highlight. Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Dining at Seafire became one of our favorite parts of each day, whether enjoying breakfast overlooking the ocean or gathering together for unforgettable dinners. Seafire delivers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, service, and fun. Between the incredible accommodations, outstanding staff, amazing food, top-tier amenities, and some of the most beautiful ocean views imaginable, this was one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. We cannot recommend Seafire highly enough and are already looking forward to returning.

The Seafire property was incredible, but the staff and overall experience with Rental Escapes made the trip truly special.
