Courtside Commons is a 12-bedroom home in The Village Orlando designed for large families and groups, with three themed kids' rooms, a recording studio, a home theater with a 100-inch television, and arcade. The experience begins as you step through the elegant foyer of this 7,200-square-foot mansion, replete with high-end finishes and premium touches. Continue into the spacious great room at the heart of the house and relax on the chic-yet-comfy couches, enjoying each other's company and basking in sleek contemporary décor. Sharing the open-plan space is a polished, fully equipped chef's kitchen with all the gear you need to eat, drink, and be merry for days on end. Admire the custom contemporary cabinetry, gleaming chrome fixtures, and sophisticated tones of black, white, and gray in this signature kitchen. Linger at the breakfast bar with stool seating, or set the long table for a feast in the adjacent dining area. Feel like a superstar in your very own recording studio, filled with all the equipment needed to make musical and performance dreams come true—including a green screen area, recording mixer, custom lighting, stage equipment, and more. Acoustic panels create a soundproof haven, so you can turn the volume up! Open the door to blinking lights and colorful wall décor in this exciting entertainment hub. Here, you can play a bunch of arcade games reminiscent of your childhood, from Pac-Man to air hockey and even a classic smash-up racing game. Bring your best bathing suits, because you'll want to make a splash in the massive, party-ready outdoor swimming pool. Enclosed within fancy privacy glass, this sun-and-fun oasis includes 10 loungers by the pool, two loungers in the pool, and awesome games including pool basketball, foosball, and ping-pong. The kids will love the mini waterslide, while your grownup guests can relax in the spillover spa. You can even whip up a meal in your beautiful outdoor kitchen and dine alfresco under the shaded lanai. Back inside the house, there's an entire second floor to explore, starting with this rad recreation space. Challenge your crew to a game of pool, or duke it out with darts, ring toss, or wall Scrabble. With your own private home theater, movie night is extra special and ten times the fun. Sink into the comfy recliner chairs, pass the popcorn, and enjoy a flick on the Imaginative, 86-inch screen with surround sound. Get pumped about having your own private gym that's equipped with top-class machinery, including a treadmill, stationary bike, and free weights. Need motivation? Turn on the smart TV and connect via app to a personal trainer who will get you moving in no time. Get ready to discover the trio of spectacular themed bedrooms that make this mansion an immersive experience like none other, especially for kids and kids at heart. On the first floor, discover the Basketball Palace room, this mansion's special "12th bedroom" and certainly its most impressive hideaway. Every inch of the design pays homage to one of America's favorite sports, with wall art depicting star players, a massive scoreboard, and even a golden, larger-than-life NBA trophy. MVPs of all ages will love sleeping in the bunk beds after a day of heart-pumping fun. Upstairs, find two more incredible themed bedrooms. In the Mousey House room, the kids will love visiting their favorite animated girl-mouse in her pretty pink abode. This room is full of fantasy and fun with a bright blue sky overhead, hidden bunk beds, and a polka-dot twisty slide. Finally, the Secret Galaxy room will transport the kids to a lush green planet in a galaxy far away. Here they can climb kid-sized ladders to explore treehouse dwellings (aka bunk beds), while a twisty slide whisks them back to Earth. They'll love sleeping as much as they love playing in this intergalactic forest home with its leafy canopy overhead. Designed to pamper your group, nine more ultra-comfortable sleeping quarters with en suite baths await on the first and second floors. Downstairs, find a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a regular king bedroom, and a primary queen bedroom that features a double-door walkout to the pool area. Upstairs, choose from five beautifully appointed king bedrooms and one bedroom with two full beds. Each sanctuary features high-end fabrics and furnishings and a sleek yet soothing contemporary-style design.
