With fabulous views and beautifully appointed furnishings, this home is a treat for two or three families or up to four couples. Cougar Mountain features a large living area with expanded valley views through the large panoramic windows. Its open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen for plenty of room for the entire group to gather. This residence is designed for entertaining. A professionally equipped kitchen has everything you need, including Viking appliances, and will delight the chefs in your group. You can grill outside on the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck. There is seating for 10 at the dining table and room to seat more at the kitchen island. The home features rich colours, natural textures, and sumptuous fabrics throughout. The primary bedroom has a gas fireplace and the attached bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. A large guest room also has a king bed with an ensuite bath. The third bedroom offers a queen bed with three twin beds, and the fourth features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a private bath. A service fee will apply to all guests over the age of 10, paid directly upon checkout. Fee is subject to change. Enjoy all the Resorts signature touches throughout, including exquisite gathering areas and one of the most beautiful day spas in the West. One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool, and hot tubs, family game room including a new Skee-ball machine, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast and après ski, ski valet, and on-call local shuttle, the private residences have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat. This home enjoys air conditioning in summer. 2,486 sq. ft.
