The modern and captivating Aqua Rock is perfect for all clients looking for a secluded yet distinct villa to bask in the rays and appreciate the remarkable view. Once guests arrive at Villa Aqua Rock, the scenic sea and skies instantly grasp their attention. The exterior greets visitors with two levels of terrace withheld by clear glass railings among a variety of fantastic features. The upper level reveals a shaded outdoor dining area to enjoy a delicious meal, while still experiencing the pleasant environment with that gentle breeze. There is a set of steps on either side of the upper balcony that ascend gracefully above the pool and form an enchanting arch above it. The glistening pool offers the opportunity to swim beneath this arching bridge, seamlessly gliding from one end to the other. Within the pool structure is a luxurious seated jacuzzi that faces the view towards Marigot, perfect for those summer months spent with a refreshing glass of Champagne. Alongside this space are lush deck chairs and lounge chairs to sit back and unwind after a dip in the water with a novel in hand. The gracious glass railings direct towards an opportune gazebo with comfortable cushioning for watching the sunrise and sunset throughout the day. Walking through the canopy entrance unveils an entertainment section perched on what emulates a floating platform above the central living space. This area includes an off-white L-shaped sofa that faces the TV with a Bose sound system to create a truly immersive ambience. To the right are stylish stainless steel steps with wooden slabs that lead towards the open-plan living space. The dining table sits at the heart of the room with an authentic wooden finish, similar to the steps. Next to this is the bright kitchen with a pristine island tied in by the wonderful chevron tiling. There are a variety of amenities, including a considerable double-door fridge for storing plenty of food, a wine cooler for refreshing chilled bottles, and a Nespresso machine for necessary coffee demands. Facing the window is a neutral couch with cream accents, offering an unobstructed panorama that comes to life, especially during the evening, when the delicate lights of Anguilla emerge on the horizon. Villa Aqua Rock has four incredible bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, spacious closets, and king-size beds. The main bedroom is off the living space, where guests get to wake up to the breathtaking Saint Martin skyline from the comfort of the bed. Behind the bed is a double vanity, with a separate bathroom and a walk-in closet. For bathing, there is a wide shower with windows to look out at the view, with a curtain for privacy, and a crisp black bathtub to indulge in the utmost tranquility. Heading to the lowest level will reveal three bedrooms, one of which has a double vanity, while the others offer single vanities. The bedrooms are private with interior and exterior access, yet in close proximity to the main socializing spots of the house for meeting up with the other guests. Multimillion Dollar View

Considering my wife and I have stayed at over 15 villas in our 30 years of visiting Saint Martin I can honestly say that Villa Aqua rock is at or near the top of the list. The first time you take the road up the mountain to the location of the Villa you will understand why “Top” is the perfect word for this place. Even more than that when you walk in the main entrance and see nothing but glass and the views you will again understand why “top” of the list is the perfect description. It’s truly a multimillion dollar view. The view was just the beginning. The Villa is beautifully appointed extremely comfortable with gorgeous areas to relax in, watch TV, and certainly sleep in. The master bedroom and all the other bedrooms Get full marks, especially the comforters on the beds. The owners have even provided different soap, shampoos cotton swabs, etc. in every bathroom in the villa. It is truly a rental escape. I just want to add that Ed and Kate, the owners of the Villa are incredible to deal with and are constantly looking for ways to make your stay better than it could possibly be. Add to that are the IncredibleConcierge services provided by The Property Ink and Daggi and the perfect vacation is complete. Finally I have to thank Rental Escapes for being the overall impetus for these incredible. vacations. I have worked with Levi the rental specialist for over 15 years and that says it all. He is extremely knowledgeable, extremely understanding and does everything that he can to make certain that you are renting the right place for your needs and treated the experience that one desires. Full marks to him as always. I also need to add the Marina the Guest experience specialist to this review. From the important things that I asked for to the smallest and picky items that we requested. Marina made certain that everything was there. I asked for a special arrangement of flowers to be there when we arrived and she went over the top with it. It was one of the most beautiful arrangements that we have ever had on arrival. So to sum up, you cannot go wrong having the above people planning your villa/trip. It is going to be a wonderful experience.

Incredible Experience At Aqua Rock!

What a fantastic experience we had with Rental Escapes. To give some context - we were set to depart on a chartered yacht but within 48 hours of our departure time, a hurricane warning was issued for the island and we had to quickly make a backup plan since we would not be able to proceed with our boat trip. We were already on the island by the time we found out so we were really pressed to quickly find a way to to keep us safe and still enjoy our planned vacation. Enter Amanda at Rental Escapes. I cannot talk enough about how incredible her customer service was. She was attentive, sought to understand our needs, reacted quickly to our inquires and was simply fantastic to work with. In short order we had multiple locations to review and seek approval from homeowners to see if they would be (on EXTREMELY short notice) able to take visitors to their properties with a hurricane on the way. One property caught my attention from the start and that was Aqua Rock. Ed and Kate were simply awesome. Not only did they allow a last minute rental but they went above and beyond to make sure we had provisions knowing we would more than likely be stuck for a few days without the ability to leave the property. Additionally, they let us on the property early morning (vs. normal afternoon check-in time) so we could get settled before the storm hit. Throughout our stay they both kept in touch and were attentive to any need or request we had. I cannot thank them both enough. Our concierge (Daggi) was also wonderful. She connected with us early and often and provided some guidance on things to do and coordinated efforts with us so that it was really easy to plan. Especially the chef service that we arranged with Chef Valentin. He and his associate Anna made special care to ensure the menu met the needs of our group. We had a picky eater and others that were more adventurous and they really worked to ensure that every one of us had the best experience. We worked with them three nights and hands down if I ever get back to St. Martin - I will work with them again. Last but not least is the property itself. The pictures don't do it justice. Aqua Rock is absolutely incredible. The views, the comfort of the beds, the amenities that were in the house, the pool - I honestly can't say enough. It went above and beyond meeting my expectations. Thank you again for helping us to have a place to ride out a hurricane and for turning would could have been a sub par vacation into a once in a lifetime trip with many incredible memories. I'd love to come back and will most certainly work with Rental Escapes again.
