Cypress Mountain Chalet provides the privacy you are looking for with the convenience of just a 10-minute drive to town and ski gondola parking and just 5 minutes from the Breckenridge Golf course and Nordic Center. The interior of this beautiful home is designed throughout with Cypress heartwood, lending warmth and a welcoming feeling the moment you walk in the door. The great room features floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views, a comfortable sectional couch, and a stone-feature gas fireplace with seating for all. This unique two-sided fireplace opens to the dining room on the other side, creating the ambiance to make entertaining around the combination bench and chair dining table a memorable experience. A breakfast nook on the opposite side of the kitchen seats another 6 and is perfect for the kids. A warm inviting Colorado kitchen with a European feel features high-end appliances, a beautiful gas range, a wine cooler, and plenty of counter space with a center island and two sinks. Outside, a large upper deck with comfy patio furniture and a grill invites alfresco dining and relaxing in nature in the summer months. On the main level off the dining area is a large private office for remote working with beautiful built-ins, a private bath with a shower, and a high-end sleeper sofa. On the upper level is the primary suite with a TV and a gorgeous ensuite with a freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. Next door is a family suite with a queen bed and a twin bunk room with a hall bath. Retire to the lower-level family room with its stunning tiled floor and architectural elements including a wet bar with exposed beams, a flat-screen TV and sitting area, and a stone fireplace with couches for relaxing. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day.
