• Personal service by the villa staff including a housekeeper (morning service), gardener, and pool maintenance

• Daily American breakfast served from 8 AM to 10 AM
• Welcome informal dinner
• Personal laundry and ironing service (on Monday and Tuesday, up to 2 loads per day)

• Smoking is permitted in the garden only, violation will result in a €500 fine. • Washer and dryer is operated by the villa staff only. • Late arrival fee between 6:30 pm and 9 pm: €100 • All the extra services are to be paid locally before departure, unless otherwise arranged. • Visitor's tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 - €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
