The fourth bedroom, located on the third floor, has a King bed, and a large balcony with Gulf views. The fifth bedroom is located in the carriage house, connected to the main house by balcony, and includes a queen bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and full bathroom. The carriage house can be accessed separately via the private entrance on the first floor next to the pool. This home has been updated beautifully with a focus on entertaining the entire family around the pool, an updated pool deck, and 5 balconies.
