This 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house is made for entertaining. There is plenty of outdoor space around the heated pool which is located on the beautiful Marion River that connects to the intercoastal!! The home is located in Harbor Beach which is the neighborhood right off A1A in magnificent Fort Lauderdale Beach. The open floor plan is excellent for a large family or group to enjoy. With the beautiful weather in Fort Lauderdale year-round all you need to do is open the glass doors that exit to the expansive backyard, waterway and pool area. You can easily enjoy an indoor/outdoor evening at this home!! Whether you're BBQ'ing on the grill outside or cooking inside the stocked kitchen, you're sure to enjoy a fun and relaxing day or evening in this home! The 4th bedroom also has a separate seating area for watching movies or gaming...perfect for families with kids. There are several relaxing places to lounge in the expansive tropical and lush back yard perfect for sun bathing, taking a dip in the pool or reading a book in the shade while the cool breeze off the waterway blows. We have plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and pool/beach towels to use during your stay. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living area, a dining area, bar area/kitchen, an expansive back yard with high-top table for eating and socializing, outdoor chairs/side tables and chairs to lounge in by the pool all overlooking the waterway. There are a total of 3 Full-Size HVAC/Central A/C units, so during the summer months, this home stays very cool.
