Once you enter the front door, you will find a carpeted stairwell that takes you to the kitchen, dining room, family room and one of the home's two primary suites. The private balcony has two outdoor dining tables located off of the living room. The home's first floor also has a washing machine and dryer. Another stairwell on the first floor takes you to the two bedrooms (each with two queen beds and an en suite bathroom) on the home's second floor. The home's second primary suite (which is located on the home's third floor) features an en suite bathroom and a private balcony. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars is included.
