Hilton Head is a beautiful island and home to Palmetto Dunes; with its bike trails, championship golf courses, shopping, restaurants and sugar-white beaches, it is the perfect place to relax. Directly in front of the entrance of the home is the living room has an ocean view, a sleeper sofa, a chair, large flat-screen TV, a decorative-only fireplace, a bar area and a desk with an apple computer. On the other side of the living room is bedroom three with a king bed and ocean views, flat screen TV, access to the bathroom, this bathroom also has a washer and dryer. This bedroom also has a door that leads out to the deck/ pool area. Bedroom four has a king bed, tv, and a private bath with a large shower. Then to the left of the entrance, you will find seven stairs leading you to bedroom five. This room has two double beds, flat-screen TV and a private bath with a shower. The second level of this home has spectacular views. The main living area is open plan, with a large living room leading to a balcony, perfect for alfresco dining and BBQs. The two dining rooms include a table that can seat up to ten guests and a smaller area that can seat up to six guests. The spacious kitchen area has been recently renovated, the open-plan design makes it perfect for large family gatherings. On this level, you will find bedroom six with a king bed, flat screen TV, decorative fireplace, and a separate room with a reading chair and desk that overlooks the ocean and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom seven is located on this same side of the house, with a king bed, TV and large private bathroom. Also, on this second level you will find the second living room with ocean views, three sofas, flat screen TV, and a bar area with seating for four. Next is the lovely kitchen that overlooks the ocean and has a dining room table with seating for ten. The kitchen has a door that leads out to the upper-level patio. Off the kitchen, you will find another washer and dryer. 5 more steps up will take you to bedroom eight which has a king bed and a bunk bed with a trundle pull-out and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom has a walk-through closet and a full bath with a shower. Outdoors you will find the private pool area complete with a spa, two sets of tables with seating for seven, lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. There is a spiral staircase that leads you to the second-floor balcony which can also be accessed through the inside of the home. On the second-floor balcony, there is a propane grill and a table for six. This spectacular home will not disappoint! Only two minutes away from Palmetto Dunes golf courses.
