Large comfortable sofas form a cozy seating area with satellite TV, DVD player, wireless internet access inside and out. Behind the partition with the TV, is a modern kitchen, fully equipped with modern equipment. The utility room has an extra fridge/freezer combo and a wine/champagne cooler. Also here are the washer and dryer. The dining area has an extra-large dining table with ten seats. From the kitchen, you reach the covered terrace with a dining table, with 14 seats. Also, around the pool (12x8m) you can enjoy the luxury sunbeds. The main villa has five bedrooms with terraces (three of which have sea views). The bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious and tastefully decorated. The ground floor has two bedrooms, the upper floor has three bedrooms. The upper floor has an extra roof terrace (so that the sunsets and starry nights can be fully appreciated!)
