The villa is located on a hillside in Jesus, just five-minutes from Talamanca Beach and Ibiza Town. Outdoor spaces include a large pool, garden area, a barbecue and outdoor dining area, several terraces with comfortable outdoor furniture and parasols, an outdoor shower and a garage. The spacious, bright, open-plan lounge and dining areas open onto the terrace overlooking the pool and boast fantastic views to Dalt Vila and Ibiza Town. The lounge includes a large LCD TV with satellite programming, a comfortable seating area, fireplace, and the dining area easily seats eight-people. The fully equipped modern kitchen features a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwaves and a washing machine. In the main house there are three-stylish double bedrooms, there is an additional double bedroom for staff with private entrance accessed via the pool terrace. Wireless internet access is available throughout the property and there is air conditioning (both hot and cold). The property also has a safe-deposit box.
