Villa Palmier Royal Two, is a luxury, seven-bedroom villa with gorgeous views over Marigot Bay and the ocean beyond. Villa Palmier Royal Two is a contemporary, West-Indies-style villa with some of the best views of Marigot Bay, composed of separate pavilions that are connected via wooden walkways and meticulously landscaped gardens. The main pavilion contains a large, air-conditioned living with comfortable seating and a large fitness on the lower level. The second pavilion is a generous gourmet kitchen with a breakfast corner, with an outdoor grilling kitchen to complement the al fresco dining area in the garden setting. The deck wraps around a heated infinity pool and offers ample space for long days in the sun and shade. A large outdoor living is situated in a large, open pavilion, cooled by the natural breezes. The bedrooms are in five separate pavilions. Two master suites are on the lowest level, each in a separate bungalow. Both rooms come with a U.S. king bed, dressing and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as an outdoor bathroom with shower and bathtub in the back. A cozy balcony with two chairs out front creates a perfect, intimate setting to enjoy the views. Two, smaller master/guest rooms are situated in a separate pavilion at street level, separated by a common space. Each room has a U.S. king bed, dressing, and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a private balcony with seating. An additional guest room is situated in a separate bungalow halfway in between the lower master suites and the upper. This room comes with a U.S. king bed, dressing, en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a private balcony with seating. Two children’s rooms are in a separate pavilion. One of these rooms has a bunk bed, while the other has a European king bed. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have U.S. satellite and Apple TV. Villa Palmier Royal Two comes with housekeeping seven days a week, including turndown service, and continental breakfast. The high season also includes a full-time Chef and butler/waitress.
